Is my tablet compatible?

Marbotic is compatible with iPad 4 and +. If you have any other questions about compatibility, please contact us: contact@marbotic.com.

Can I play Marbotic with a Phone/Laptop?

Marbotic is not compatible with Phones and Laptops.

Where can I find the Marbotic app?

Please visit the AppStore on your iPad to download the Marbotic App. It's available for iOS only.

How do I set up my toys?

Download Marbotic Learning App on the AppStore and then unlock the app by stamping the screen with the requested letters or numbers.

Are the interactive toys safe for kids?

Each material has been thoroughly tested and complies with U.S., Canadian, and European safety standards. The pieces are chubby enough not to be swallowed, and no small part can come off.
The toys are made of wood, metal, and conductive plastic. They work without bluetooth or batteries and they are passive pieces of technology powered by the static electricity of the body.

Are the wooden letters and numbers safe for my tablet?

Each wooden piece has 3 soft pads on the back. The soft pads will not scratch or destroy the tablet's screen.

Can I use multiple languages in the Marbotic apps?

Yes! You can choose from US English, UK English, or French. While playing, you can switch from one language to another. To change the language simply click on the flag on the top right in the menu of the app.

How do you turn the sound on when using the apps?

First, open the app and tap on the musical note in the lower left-hand corner to activate the sound.If there is no sound after that, there are two ways to solve the issue:
For iPad 4, iPad Air, iPad mini 1, 2, 3: Deactivate the mute mode with the mute button next to the volume buttons.
For iPad Air 2, iPad Pro, iPad mini 4, and more: On your screen, open the settings banner by swiping with your finger from the top-right.Then, switch the bell icon off to unmute.

How can I clean the wooden toys?

Simply wipe gently with a wet cloth. If necessary, use a little bit of mild detergent. Do not soak.

Can I play with the Marbotic app without having the wooden pieces?

A trial part, in which you can play without the wooden pieces, is available in the Marbotic App. To play with the rest of the app, you will need to have the wooden pieces.

I need to enter an activation code, but I have not received it, what should I do?

As soon as you validate your subscription on the website, we send you an email containing your license key. You should receive it a few minutes after the order confirmation email.
Don’t see it in your in-box? Please, check your SPAM folder. The sender of this email is “support@frd.com.ua”. Still can’t find the code? Contact us.
If you bought your sensory kit with a 3 months subscription on Amazon, you should find the license key into the box. Still can’t find the code? Contact us.
 

I encountered a recognition problem with one of my wooden pieces, what can I do?

Check that your tablet is updated.
Check that your apps are updated. To do this, go to the App Store > Updates > update (if needed)
Check that the zoom function on your iPad’s camera isn't activated because it can interfere with the detection of our toys. To disable it go to Settings > General > Accessibility.

I did not find the free Apps mentioned on the box I have. Where are they?

We recently released a new app that brings together all the old apps (except Smart Shapes and Sesame Street Numbers). That is why you cannot find the old ones. Download the Marbotic app on the AppStore.
