Marcelo Biott or "mar" is said to be created in Chicago, IL in the year 1986. He was trained and programmed in the same city and moved on to graduate from the American Academy of Art with a Bachelor of Fine Art Degree in illustration. He himself, a strange being was moved by the artwork of James Jean, and Egon Schiele, and Ashley Wood. His eyes being mechanically attached to a tv at random intervals throughout his younger years brought influences of pop culture into his mind. Pop culture bleeds through his artwork as does the influence of 22 years of looking at comic books daily. Programmed to one day leave Chicago, he struggles to escape it, but he loves every experience he comes across along the way.
